I've always had a very bad fear of dentists. From my very first visit several years back Dr Cornett and his office put me at ease. Now when I go to him I don't get nervous I'm not worried it's just so wonderful to have a dentist who care so much. His work has always been perfect. I would recommend him to anyone

We always feel like family and always feel welcomed! We have been going to this office for years, and have never considered any other dentist. Our children ask us constantly if we are coming up on appointments, as they too enjoy getting their teeth cleaned. We love all of the staff, Judy is our favorite! (Dont tell the others!) 😂🤫

Giving a star for the service as Dr. Cornette was fantastic. He was fast, efficient, kind, and I'm extremely happy with the result. Unfortunately, his support staff is very lacking. The projected cost of the work I needed done was a complete shot in the dark with no basis in reality.

I was charged over double what I should have paid and it took over 6 weeks of guesses, lies, and runaround to even find out what went wrong. The 3rd explanation for the discrepancy was that they charge the full fee and refund the insured portion when they receive payment. This is obviously not true based on the numbers. I was nearly suspended from my FSA due to this which is why I went to a different provider for the rest of the work I needed done.

Dr Cornette is nice and informative but anything beyond exams, cleanings and a fillings he refers out and its always in Louisville. So you’ll be spending more on the long run if you have to have multiple procedures like a crown and root canal. Good luck getting through to them on the phone.

The main lady at the desk does what she can but the phone is constantly ringing off the hook when I’m in the waiting room so it’s not entirely her fault. I had to resort to texting and making my appointments online to make sure I was scheduled. Decided to go with another dentist office for my family and I after some appointment mishaps, billing issues and all the referring out
