I have been going to Dr Rico for 18 years and my daughters have been going there since they were toddlers. All of the staff are like family and we truly appreciate the care and treatment we receive. I also love how quickly we are in and out of there! I never dread going to the dentist and look forward to seeing everyone!

I was in search of a new dentist office when I came across Bertagnolli Family Dentistry online. After leaving our first appointments, I am delighted with my choice! I have had good and bad experiences in the past, so I was already hesitant and skeptical. However it was my daughter's first time to the dentist.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in, the dental assistants are very friendly and the doctor knows his stuff and was in and out quick! The young gal that helped my daughter made her experience one to remember!! She is already asking when she gets to go back! The assistant that helped me was very gentle with my brittle teeth, respected my teeth sensitivities and genuinely cared. The superhero behind the desk really knows what she's doing when she put together my dental plan to work out the best fix for my teeth physically and financially!! My daughter and I are excited to establish our dental care here!!

The receptionist started off wanting to discuss politics while I waited. She didn't like that 16 year old could get birth control without parental consent and felt like sharing. The doc barely spoke and was unfriendly when he did. They said they'd call back for a follow up appointment one they communicated with my insurance, but just never did and when I called twice there was no answer.

Waste of time and money. Also unpleasant office vibe too.

Dr Rico did a root canal on a tooth I was having pain with. The procedure was 100% pain free and today there is no pain!! If you need dental work he's your man!!
