This office is operating at a capacity that it cannot handle. My first and last visit was viewed by the office as an opportunity to build up a bill that they submitted to insurance. The office feels entitled to being paid even though they mixed up my health history with another patients, argued with me about this mistake, and ultimately did not give me a bill for the visit.

They are unwilling to answer questions or engage in discussion and are confrontational when either occurs. I hope it was worth billing my insurance $204.

I was a patient of Dr Rotz & Associates for decades until I changed employment and they were not in network with my new employer's insurance. I had a dental emergency just 2 days before leaving on vacation and my current dentist was unable to take care of me. Dr. Clarke repaired my broken tooth and had me on my way in no time.

I continue to be impressed with the entire office. They are kind, caring and knowledgeable. Best dental practice in the area! Thank you!

I have been a patient of this office since December of 2024, a short time but I have never felt safer and more heard. After a horrible experience with another dentist where I had received cosmetic dentistry and have had a plethora of issues since, I was recommended by a friend of mine to see Dr. Burzese, who’s a patient of his as well. Dr. Burzese has put 3 years of constant anxiety about my teeth at ease, in just two visits. He is thorough about explaining treatment plans, and overall explaining in depth about teeth health. He not only listens to me, but HEARS me.

Everything he does and says is with the best intention. I leave learning a little more than I did before, which is so great for people that have anxiety about the dentist so they can be informed and aware about what exactly is going on with their teeth. He works efficiently and effectively, and he is very calming and gentle. After years of having trauma from the dentist, I get excited about going into the office now. The ENTIRE staff is very friendly, and from what I’ve seen from the other doctors in passing, they’re just as amazing. The dental assistants are all so helpful in aiding him and they’ve been so great to me as well. I’ve seen the entire staff treat ALL of their patients with love and care, no matter what.

Dr. Burzese is a doctor that if I were to ever move to a different state, I would travel back to the office just to see him and the staff. I wouldn’t ever trust anybody else, and I will always recommend this office. Thank you Dr. Burzese and all the staff at Dr. Rotz & Associates for making me feel so safe and for being my new home after so long of feeling like there were no other options.
