I first went to Dr. Smith in November 2019. I was new to the area and had a toothache. At the time I didn't have dental insurance so she did a medicated filling to get me out of pain with the plan for a root canal when my dental insurance went into effect. She was very understanding and willing to work with what was best for my financial situation. I did go back for the root canal and it was a great experience.

I had absolutely zero pain from the procedure. She has also done a few fillings for me, and after seeing her for nearly a year, I will say that you can't go wrong with choosing her as your dentist! She explains everything she's doing and shows you why it needed to be done. The hygienists at her office have also been great. Being new to the area, I kind of took a chance by picking a dentist at random, but I couldn't be happier with my choice. Dr. Smith is now my dentist longterm!

This has been the most horrible experience I've ever had at the dentist. This woman clearly doesn't care about her patients and it shows. Dr Smith never sent over my full set of x-rays over to the specialist I had to go to for a root canal, when I got to the specialist, the dentist stated I was there to get tooth 52 worked on and I stated no, I'm here for tooth 19, we went back and forth and finally the specialist called Dr Smith. When he came back in the room he stated again they said tooth 52. So frustrated I stated I would call her.

When I called her the receptionist Yolanda stated again that it was tooth 52, I then stated no its tooth 19 and that's what y'all have written down on this form. Finally she stated it was tooth 52 and tooth 19, well because of the oversight the specialist didn't feel comfortable doing my root canal without seeing my teeth x-rays for himself so he took a panoramic x-rays when she had already done a full set. Now I'm being charged $148 for Sandra Smiths incompetence. The icing on the cake is that it's been months and no one has called me to let me know I can get my crown put in, I have not been informed of anything! Horrible Horrible Horrible dentist! Horrible service! Needs to shut down and retire because this clearly isn't for her. To say I'm angry is an understatement.

This dentist screws up and won't even make it right, just told the receptionist she isn't writing the bill off. And that's why she's getting this review and I hope everyone reads it and takes their business elsewhere, anywhere. Anyone but her. Trust me, she isn't it!

I got sued by her for $200 for a bill I never recieved. They are attempting to garnish my wages for a $200 bill. My mother loved this lady and I used too but in recent years it feels like she only cares about money. I have yet to recieve a bill for the supposed services.
