I have been going to Dr. Baptista for a dozen years. Her hygienists are thorough and gentle in doing routine cleaning. Dr. Baptista has been outstanding in dealing with my fillings, a few crowns and an implant.

She works carefully and the results have been excellent. I have complete confidence that she is taking the best possible care of my teeth. The office staff are cheerful and very competent. Great dentist.

Dr. Baptista gave me back my smile! I came to her 3 years ago with an embarrassingly 'chaotic' mouth. Over that time, she has professionally, determinedly, and patiently restored my teeth and resurrected a smile to be proud of. I am wowed with her skill, and with the latest technological tools she is able to draw on for customized restoration work. And she always manages to find time for me when I have concerns, however minor. She has an amazing support team (a grateful shut-out to Roxanna, Karen, Mary, and Tessa).

This team, led by Dr. Baptista, has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, safe and welcome. I actually enjoy going to ‘the dentist. ’ I recommend Dr. Baptiste to anyone looking for an outstanding (and kind) downtown dentist.

Dr. Baptista and all the staff at this beautiful office are wonderful! Going to the dentist has never been this easy and professional. From day 1 she's been attentive and caring and made sure I received the best service. My oral hygiene has never been this good all thanks to her and her staff! I've always taken care of my oral hygiene but not like this, I've been on a care plan that works for me and is tailored to my needs and when you look forward to coming in it makes all the difference! She always takes time with you and doesn't rush things, she is very knowledgeable and trustworthy! She also is personable and you can see she's smiling a lot while asking you how you are even with the mask covering on! The dental hygiene staff is stellar, my cleanings are so professionally done and my comfort and care is their priority. The admin staff are organized and attentive and have always been so great with everything to appointment bookings to insurance billing.

I've also been 1 year into my Invisalign journey after finally removing my wisdom teeth with an amazing specialist Dr. Baptista recommended and that has been 5 stars too! I'll save that for another review soon! Thank you Dr. Baptista and staff, all of you together make up this team of lovely women making a difference in many peoples lives. . .
