I have called for 3 days now trying to make an appointment and have gotten sent to voicemail or had the call declined. I don’t know the front desk services they have in this office, but clearly they’re not any good.

GASTON, seems like you FIRE THE GIRLS THAT YOU ARE JEALOUS OF AND KEEP THE ONES YOU THINK YOU ARE OVER!!!

I have been going to Dr. Gaston for almost 20 years and she is definitely one of the best in the business! She is always kind, helpful, and only wants the best for her patients. The customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! If you are looking for a dentist in the Chicago land area then you should definitely schedule a visit with Dr. Gaston!!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Dr. Tracey Gaston is a great dentist! I’ve been a patient of hers for over 25 years. Dr. Gaston is very knowledgeable and friendly. She provides sound diagnosis and treatment plans.

She is very gentle when performing procedures (I am very relaxed when having a procedure performed). Her office is very clean and comfortable. I have always had a pleasant dental experience when I’ve come to her office for dental services. I strongly recommend her for dental services!
