Waited over two months for an appointment for a tooth that's broken in half. Took a day off of work for this appointment. Got a call late last week to confirm the appointment. No problem. Was running a couple minutes late and decided to call to let them know.
I'm glad I did. I was told that my appointment needs to be rescheduled because the dentist is getting over an upper respiratory. Asked if I had "got the message" yesterday. Looking through my calls I never even had a call from them. So not only have I now waited months for an appointment, missed a day of work for this appointment, but I was also told my son was never put in for an appointment (when I called I scheduled us both).
I've waited months in pain with a tooth completely broken in half and was never even notified that my appointment needed to be moved until I called them. I was just told well we can get you scheduled for another day. I'm not sure how other people's jobs work- but I can't just take off work whenever I feel like it with no notice. Completely unprofessional.

I am so happy our family found Dr. White! He and his staff are absolutely wonderful. My young sons did not do well at other dentists, but they were all smiles with Dr. White and his hygienist! It was such a great experience. After he was done with his cleaning, my oldest (5) told us he wants to be a dentist when he grows up. I think that says it all!

I just left this dentist office just completely weirded out I work 12 hour night shifts so I threw on pajamas to go to this place and who I assume is Dr White kept telling me about delta dental no paying for this and that if I’ve had services and not to be surprised if they don’t cover any of it and I was already aware of this and willing to pay just to get a to catch up on some dental care and I could tell he was really worried about the money and judging me on my appearance he made me really uncomfortable with how pushy about the money he was if this is how you speak to new patients may I suggest a less overpowering and desperate approach
