Trusted Dr Wong in the beginning as he was fixing my cavities on my wisdom tooth. Since then I been struggling with jaw and tooth nerve pain, I went back to Dr Wong asking if it has to do with the wisdom tooth cavaities and he insisted it won’t be. He kept suspecting I have Covid and did not give me another thorough check. I went to another dentist and she found a small infection on the top of my wisdom tooth and solved my misery. Again, turns out it was the wisdom tooth in which Dr Wong refused to acknowledge it was partially his fault.
Replying to the dentist review : That happened in 2022 December and I’ve got the right dentist unfortunately, and I have actually gone back twice but Dr Wong insisted that the pain was not due to the wisdom tooth operation. Those 2 trips I made were not helpful at all. It is a valid review.

My family and I came to Dr. Wong's dental office a couple of times every year, despite the distance being long. The receptionist there is friendly and helpful; Dr. Wong and other hygienists are all nice and patient.
They always explain their plan and reason clearly and give me the bestest option. The billings are clear and making sense. I feel really comfortable dealing with any dental problem at the office, same thing of my family.

Dr. Wong is the best dentist I ever have since I came to Canada. My teeth are very sensitive and having a dental appointment was never easy for me. However Dr. Wong is very professional and patient, made me no long er nervous about my dental service. He always explains in details what he gonna to do and why he needs to do it. All staffs at the clinic are friendly and helpful.
