Very frustrating and extremely unpleasant experience!! It seems I wasn't the only one who experienced this issue. I came in for a regular dental cleaning, yet they wanted to charge me a copay upfront for a deep dental cleaning. I know my insurance policy, which allows for two free dental exams a year.

I do not consent to a deep cleaning when you haven't even checked my teeth, let alone charge me without informing me until I asked. Stay away from this place!

I am a long time patient of Dream Smile Dentistry and am very satisfied with the care I have received at their office. She is the one provider in my life that I have continuously returned to for her care. I moved out of the area but continue to come back to South Riding for their dental care because the commute is worth it. The office is incredibly clean and they have the most up to date technology to make your appointments efficient and productive. Dr. Rejintala is warm, kind, and knowledgeable. I completely trust her as my provider.

Additionally her clinicians are very kind and thorough with their care. Alejandra, one of the clinicians at this office is so kind and friendly. Her smile is so big you can tell she is happy to see you despite her in a full gown, mask, goggles, and shield. :). Alejandra and Dr. Rejintala are dedicated to their patients. they take the time to get to know patients as individuals, and consistently provide outstanding care while doing so.

Their front desk staff is also very helpful in that they will work with you and your schedule to find appointment times that work for you. I recommend this practice for all ages. I’m thankful for this practice and their staff. They are equally competent and kind. Please try out this practice if you need a new dentist!
