I visited that clinic to repair some crowns that had broken, thinking that I was going to leave there satisfied and it was the opposite, a 15-day job in another place and here I lived a true hell for an exact year, after this My life has changed completely, I have been unfortunate because my lower teeth, which are used to hold the crowns, have been lowered to the maximum, they are almost invisible, they fall out weekly, I have to buy the cement on ebay to glue them myself, I already have that bill of For life, I went to Florida to other clinics and everyone told me no because since the lower teeth were lowered so much now I had to put screws, imagine how expensive it is to put a screw, I have my self-esteem for the floor, sometimes I would like death to take me, all because of this clinic.

Great dentists. I only have wonderful things to say about Dr. Lachine. Dr. Lachine has provided excellent dental care for me, and recently saved a crowned tooth that I cracked off eating carmel. He also is very good with cleaning my 97 year old moms teeth. He is knowledgeable, kind and patient. I've been going to this practice since I was 26 and am now 61.

Extremely poor practice. I used to trust this office. I called well before my appointment to see if they took my new insurance, they said yes AND I brought my insurance card to the appointment. They did not provide an estimate at the appointment after scanning my card and later on a $231 bill comes in the mail… they are out of network.

I had to calling them repeatedly over 3 weeks; wasted probably 2 hours of my life on the phone with office manager Donna. On top of it all, my receipt for the payment listed me as “Eve Monk”… so when it’s time to bill me, they get it right but, for my receipt when it’s settled, it takes another week to get it right… this is a poor, poor practice. Beware!
