Dr. Delgado talked me thru the entire procedure with a very soft and caring voice, letting me know what I may feel before actually doing it. Dr. Delgado is a jewel; don't hesitate making an appointment with him and his Staff.

Had to have a cracked molar extracted and bone graft placed. I wasn’t brave enough to just have Novocain so opted for sedation. That was an extra $280 but well worth the cost since I sat down, had my blood pressure taken, interacted with several very friendly, efficient people including Dr. Delgado, had a painless IV stick in my left arm, was told I’d start feeling relaxed which I did, then woke up with some gauze in my mouth being told it was all over. Procedure took maybe 25 mins, then I rested in a nearby cubicle and got a text from my friend that she was on the way to pick me up.

Since I haven’t needed so much as even having a cavity fillled in 20 yrs I had been very apprehensive of what I considered the worst thing imaginable—having a tooth pulled! But this was a nonevent thanks to the ultra-professional friendly staff from the receptionist who answers the phone to the surgery assistant Jennifer who sorts out all the monitors you need to be attached to to the very calm and reassuring Dr Delgado himself. I am so glad my dentist referred me here for the extraction. No phobias triggered, no difficult personalities encountered, no billing surprises—in fact I was shocked at how reasonable the cost was given all my other experiences with our modern health care system. Going to Dr Delgado’s office is like stepping back in time to when we Americans used to receive excellent health care for a reasonable cost in a safe, warm, welcoming environment. I can’t remember the last time that happened.

Probably back in the 1980s (I’m 70 now). Highly recommended office especially the front facing staff. Thank you all for making this a nonevent for nervous me.
