Took my daughter for her first tooth extraction. We were unaware of one of her daily meds making her prone to passing out. We found out in the parking lot, but Dr. Fair and Savannah were to us within seconds of learning of her situation. The staff were caring, kind, gentle, attentive and informative. We highly recommend Drs. Fair and Niquette!

My son broke his front tooth on a Sunday. We went to the office first thing Monday morning to see if we could get him looked at.

Everyone in the office worked together to fit us in even though we were not on their already busy schedule. My son had so much anxiety about having the work done, but Dr Fair and his staff calmed him down and changed his outlook on dentistry! An absolutely wonderful team!

They were able to get me in same day as a new patient (had never been there before) to try And alleviate some of the pain I had in a tooth. They were very friendly and accommodating. Staff was patient and knowledgeable. Facility is very nice. Will only come to them from now on. Overall nicest experience I have ever had at a dental office.

I love Dr Fair and Judy, my hygienist, Marlisa this was an awesome place until recently. I had to come up with out of pocket over $1,700. 00 due. My insurance covered it fully. They knew in October, per Shelly that my insurance was “out of network.

” I had my work done in October and November and was never given a new estimated statement. I called and the person on phone “ well sorry about that, we sent out letters and phone calls, sorry about that you weren’t one of those. In addition, I asked for a referral to a Muskegon dentist and she said we do not do that. I would have to argue that, Dr Fair is more than happy to give referrals.
