Amazing experience! Not something one envisions with a dentist visit, they typically scare me. This beautiful experience was quite the opposite. From the moment I stepped into this beautiful, clean facility, I was greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable and relaxed. They have such an incredible staff of knowledgeable and resourceful people, with an added bonus of being sweethearts and empathic.

Dr. Manauva put me at ease, speaking to me with clear and digestible information, eliminating my self consciousness, and creating a plan that will allow me to smile every day. My life was changed today and I cannot wait for my next visit, a/k/a the next step for living my best life!

I made an appointment in the office for 3/26/25. I Received 3 texts (one in February and two in March) from the office stating that my appointment was rescheduled to 3/19/25. I go to the appointment and was told my appointment is on 3/26/25. I showed the receptionist the text, she went into a rear office and spoke to someone. She returned and stated that someone tried to call me. I checked my phone right in front of her and there were no missed calls or voice mail.

I told her that her statement was a falsehood. This blatant falsehood let me know that this practice does not respect my time, and they do not respect me as a patient. I calmly explained that I don't have time for blatant falsehoods and foolishness. I canceled my remaining appointments. I will be submitting a complaint to the V. A.

I will admit that the whole situation could have been a administrative mistake. If they had admitted their mistake, I would have been annoyed but ok with it. I cannot/will not tolerate anyone who has the audacity to tell me what they know and I know is a falsehood. If you lie you will steal and can never be trusted.
