Dr. Voss is a very kind man who helped with my son's severe lip and tounge tie a few months ago. Compared to other pediatric dentists who I had called, he stood out because of his informative nature, attentiveness, and empathy. Where a lot of other doctors didn't believe in the hurt caused by lip and tounge ties, he believed that there was an issue and dealt with it. The office was set up in a very baby and nursing friendly way.

I am thankful he was able to help my son. The reason I give only three stars is because of insurance issues I had with the office staff. I called my insurance ahead of time and they told me that my son's procedure would be covered. When I got to the office for the lip and tounge tie procedure I was asked to pay upfront, but was told that once it went through my insurance, the reimbursement check would come through. For three months I played phone tag between the insurance company and the dentist office.

I would call the insurance to check on my claim, they would say that they hadn't received the neccessary extra paper work from the dentist, and then I would call the dentist's office to see if they had sent it yet. At one point, a representative from the insurance company even called for me to try to get answers from the office workers at the dentist office, and office workers hung up the phone on the insurance representative. Eventually, insurance denied the claim, but it was frustrating that I had to go around and around so many times.

I thought Dr Glinka vas very nice and the receptionist and dental hygienist we're all very friendly and kind. My little one love it there.

There were lots of toys and activities to keep the little ones happy in the waiting room and when we went back for our cleaning my daughter didn't want to sit in the dental chair so they did the cleaning in a regular chair to accommodate her. Have now gone there for a few years and they're still great! Never have an issue!

Voss came highly recommended and so many in the community said he’s the best & maybe that’s true - but I’m not impressed. I felt so confident getting my 7 week old daughters tongue/lip revision with Voss & felt he & his staff explained everything clearly. However, I am several days post procedure and what they made out to be a “simple/easy & quick recovery” has been extremely challenging. The three minute procedure was explained & was oversimplified by the quickness of the procedure that the recovery from the procedure was not clearly expressed.

The best thing they did was recommend working with a lactation consultant - who has been so helpful in assisting in the recovery and rehab for my baby. If you are going to go thru Voss I recommend working with a LC first, they will make sure you prepare ahead of time and have necessary comfort meds/strategies to ensure your child’s recovery.

We are so appreciate of Dr. Voss and the wonderful staff there! My daughters have all 3 been very nervous and sensitive with doctors, and Dr. Voss's staff is always so gentle and kind. We just had our not yet 2 year old in for her first cleaning, and she was very nervous.

The staff was so kind and helpful to her, and Dr. Voss was so playful with her, that she allowed the cleaning and exam. This practice is such a blessing to our family. We are so incredibly thankful for them all!
