This review is not about Dr. Woods—she’s absolutely amazing! My frustration lies with the office itself and ongoing issues with their customer service. Over the past year, I’ve repeatedly requested orthodontist referrals for my children via phone, email, and in person, only to be ignored or given inconsistent information. The breaking point came on November 18th when I called to schedule an appointment and request the referrals again.

I was offered a 7 PM appointment on Thursday, November 21, which I confirmed. I rearranged my day only to show up and be told the office doesn’t even schedule appointments that late. Instead of apologizing or taking accountability, the receptionist dismissed my concerns, implying I was mistaken, despite my phone records proving the conversation. When I tried to obtain the referrals in person, I was met with more excuses, conflicting information, and no resolution.

After escalating the issue, I finally received the referrals via email—but only after significant frustration, with no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. This office desperately needs to improve its communication, accountability, and customer service.

Highly disappointed in the lack of appointments. After an emergency tooth pain appointment I was sent to an endodontics office for a root canal. The endodontic gave me a paper stating to get a permanent filling within 10 days after my rootcanal which was on March 25th. The closest appt they would give me was for May 29th.

Stop taking new patients and focus on the ones you've had for years. I had been going to Dr. Woods for 21+ years. Ridiculous!

Good service but the doctor repeatedly shamed me for not having come in years for a cleaning or check up and my mouth showing that clearly. She told me to come back in 6 months bc it’s just “worth it in the long run”. I’m guessing she doesn’t realize not every kid has money or support for regular dental visits after they turn 18.

I could barely afford the work I had done and haven’t been back.

Sub standard care. Used to be a good office. Had crowns put in and cavities were not detected until I went to another dentist and was shown how bad it was. Had a crown put in and is gray in color. I asked for a refund and have heard nothing. If you value quality care, this is not the place for you,!
