The office provides a positive atmosphere, it is clean, and on time with appointments. They all treat you like family, and even for dental emergencies they take the time to get their patients on the schedule with no hassle.

There was no wait. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Richter was professional and put me at ease even though I have terrible anxiety at dental visits. I am a new patient but both of my visits have been great !

Great experience. I found this dentist almost 2 years ago when I had an "emergency" . . . they quickly took me in as a new patient.

Everyone was kind and patient with me over my next several appointments. I am very pleased with results. I have followed up with regular cleanings and everyone is friendly and professional. I am a bit "anxious" about going to the dentist - but I've truly had pleasant experiences with this dental office. I've never experienced pain or discomfort and I leave feeling great! **They even found a potential thyroid issue at one of my appointments and I am so grateful they brought this to my attention! Highly recommend!

Recent relocation and selected this Dental Office on 'research reviews'. The Reception desk staff were very welcoming and prompt. No issues with insurance billing or scheduling. My dental hygienist was very experienced, professional, knowledgeable and thorough follow up with Dr. Richter, the 'newest' dentist in the practice with 16 years experience. Dr. Richter was thorough, answered questions and did not push any services and they seem to be a practice of 'if it isn't broke.

. . . don't fix it' which I have had other dentists 'push' silver filling replacements. Her exam was thorough and her demeanor was positive and uplifting giving a positive thumbs up with no apparent dental concerns.
