SPOT Me

This was my wife's dentist until now. She likes the dentist himself. The issue seems to be in the newer staff. She has been hung up on when trying to set an appointment. Most recently she had a tooth break off on a weekend, understandably there was noone working at that time. But when a message was left to set an appointment there was no return call. Unfortunately after 20 plus years of using this dentistry.

She has moved on. Hopefully Dr. Thompson and Dr. Dunn realize there is someone who is failing them. Up front.

Dr. Thompson is amazing!! My girls really like him. They are not afraid of going to the dentist. He keeps keeps me up to date on each one of them. The staff are all awesome they treat all my girls very well, they explain what they're going to do. I hope they stay in business for a long time.

Ok I am a certified Coward™️. Like a “skip the dentist for 10 years” coward. But this office has been nothing short of welcoming and accommodating from booking my first appointment to every visit since. I see Dr. Thompson and he’s really great. I always feel like he actually cares about my comfort and is always very reassuring. Definitely an office I would recommend.

I came in yesterday to get a cavity filled and to say I was nervous was an understatement. Dr. Thompson and his staff made me feel so comfortable and reassured me throughout the whole process. He let me know what he was going to do before he did it, which made me feel so much better.

The staff are always friendly, and if I need to reschedule my appointment or have an issue I need fixed, they are always able to get me in quick. Highly recommend this dentist office.
