Just wanted to give a shout out to Dr Mesh and associates! I was running late to traffic on our first appt and got lost on the way there. Everyone was so polite and understanding and even explained everything from start to finish to my 14 year old who was nervous and had never had a root canal done. Honestly one of the best dental experiences we’ve ever had . Thank you Dr Mesh for your kind and compassionate service . Edit 2/6 received a letter and voicemail stating my sons crown/ cap that was yet to be done could finally be done due to doc reaching out to insurance and getting it covered .

I can’t thank her enough for this! I was so worried bc we live in West Branch and in our area even though there are at LEAST 6-7 practices here not one of them will cover root canals and caps for Medicaid . You either have to drive to Dearborn or (here) Fenton or just pay out of pocket. Only current problem I have is I keep calling during business hours and can’t reach anyone .

I was referred by my DDS and I couldn't have been happier 😊 thank you Dr.Mesh for your knowledge, patience and for caring about my situation. I will definitely be back if I need another root canal. I had it done yesterday and I feel fine and it seems to healing fine. Thanks again to you and your staff

I didn't have high hopes after scheduling the appointment due to how rude the receptionist was. This appointment was made months ago. They never called or texted gor a confirmation. I called multiple times the day before to double check the time because I switched phones. Never did they answer OR return my call.

The worst dental practice I’ve ever experienced. I brought my mother in for a deep cleaning consultation, and I had concerns right from the start. The dentist seemed extremely old and physically unable to work. His hands were shaking, and he could barely move. It was honestly alarming and made me question if he should still be treating patients. Thankfully, he didn’t perform the first procedure, his staff did.

They only deep cleaned half of her mouth and said the rest couldn’t be done right away due to insurance. We scheduled a second appointment, but it’s been months and we still haven’t been able to get it done. They’ve canceled multiple appointments and each time just 30 minutes before the scheduled time. We have to drive 1. 5 hours to get there, so this has been incredibly frustrating. The front desk staff, especially an older unpleasant looking woman with glasses, was rude, disorganized, and unprofessional.

There was no care or coordination at all. I strongly recommend staying away from this office. It needs to be investigated.
