TERRIBLE SERVICE and RUDE STAFF. Treated me without informing me of no insurance coverage, when they did not even submit a claim to my insurance co. 3 years later they charge me $2,000+ and put me in a collections account demanding that I pay on their mistake. Did not run coverage for the procedure given or even make a claim to my insurance.

Called to get help and the billing department (Eve) hung up on me. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. They will try and charge you for full cost and not run a claim through your insurance.

10/10 would recommend coming to Dr Alt for wisdom teeth removal!! I had had a consultation at Great River Oral prior to seeing him and was treated so rudely. Dr Alt's staff was incredible and friendly and helped put me at ease so much. He did an awesome job. It was such a nice relief after my other experience. Thank you so much to Dr Alt and his team♡

Bad Wulf

Dr. Alt took out my wisdom teeth on two occasions, doing one side each time. He was a very knowledgeable doctor. He answered all my questions and settled all of my pre-surgery nerves. And both times I had a pleasant experience with the Dr. and his staff.

The post-surgery recovery was pretty short as well. I was prepared for days of recovery and I barely had to take a pain pill. Guess it goes with the level of experience he has. Would definitely recommend him to people I know.
