From my daughter to my grand children, everyone is treated with such care and patience. They do an amazing job at easing any fears, especially for those who are nervous about treatments.

Dufferin Dental is truly outstanding! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm and friendly staff that instantly makes you feel at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, and it shows in every interaction. The doctors here are not only highly knowledgeable but also patient and thorough. They take the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions without ever making you feel rushed.

I really appreciate their gentle approach, especially during procedures—I always feel like I’m in safe, capable hands. I always look forward to coming to this dental clinic. I know that there's another clinic that opened up just around the corner in the mall but I don't pay any attention to them because I've been going to this clinic for a long time and their reputation is solid. I really like the dental hygienist Kevin. Even though the procedure can be a little bit painful around the gums, he is very gentle for a procedure that tends to not be so comfortable.

They are always willing to chat with you a little bit and always have good information when asking about any issues concerns or curiosities about oral health. It's very important to see your dentist for oral health because they can check to see if everything is normal but if they do see something they will let you know, which can be extremely helpful especially when you don't know if there's a potential issue. My dentist noticed something strange on my tongue one day so we made an appointment to see the tongue specialist and I went there to get it checked out. He said there was nothing to be concerned about but it's always helpful to keep an eye on the sort of things if they're spotted.

So I just want to say thank you to the team at Dufferin Mall dental clinic for having my best interest in mind. The staff at the desk are always very nice and welcoming.

I always had a hate relationships with dentists. But upon finding this place, it completely changed my perspective. Going to the dentist for me will always leave me trauma as a kid. Hence, the reason why I never really cared to go nor take care of my dental health. I have only been to this place a couple of times and going back more than once already means something.

I’d like to express my gratitude to this everyone that works and runs this place. Firstly to the front desk ladies who are always providing a warm welcome and positive energy every time I visit, to the lovely dental assistants whom are always very down to earth and are very nice to have a little chat with before we start our procedures, which helps me stay calm. And most especially to Dr. Alves for always making me feel comfortable and safe under her care. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease.

I usually get pretty anxious about dental visits, but her calm and friendly demeanor really helped ease my nerves. She took the time to explain everything clearly, checked in on how I was feeling throughout the procedure, and made sure I felt well taken care of every step of the way. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for someone who’s both professional and genuinely warm. Overall, this place and the staff are great!! 🫶🏼
