Generally a very nice place. I was several minutes late for my appointment today, an appointment that has been set for 6 months. I was not lazy, but could not get there any sooner. It was 9 minutes to be exact. When I walked in the door I was told I needed to reschedule due to my tardiness.

Sadly, they have now lost three patients because of 9 minutes. I would have very much understood if a portion of the appointment needed to be rescheduled (such as x-rays) in order to make up for the time. This was not offered. ** if 100% satisfaction was the goal and care for their patients who are running behind schedule, this was not the case for our family.

My husband and I went to Durand Dental, with Dr Hambel. He was very nice, and took his time with us. His office is very up to date and our visit went well from start to finish. His staff was very nice and friendly. We look forward to our future visits.
