I drive from Montreal to Ajax!!! Imagine a 5.5 hr drive to see Dr.Anne that’s how much I love this place. She did an amazing job and I’m always smiling on my tarot readings! She is professional, sweet and sincere! My super white smile is all because of her! Highly recommend!

My family & I have been patients of Durham Dental Center since they opened. From general dental care to braces for my daughter. They have always been careful and gentle. Generally, we have Dr. Ann as our dentist and have used all the hygienists with no complaint. Dr. Girish acted as orthodontist for my daughter and her smile is now radiant and beautiful.

I've been coming here for years. The staff are great! Dr. Ann is wonderful and the hygienists are so nice- which is always great when you have your mouth open in a chair. The facility is modern and clean and super welcoming.

My mom had an appointment for a dental cleaning. During the first visit, the hygienist only did a partial cleaning and asked her to return the following week to complete it, along with taking X-rays. We returned as scheduled and waited 20 minutes. After taking the X-rays, the hygienist informed us that my mom would need to come back another day for the rest of the cleaning. When I asked why, she said it was because she had other appointments. I explained that I had already taken time off work for this visit, and scheduling another appointment just for the cleaning would be difficult.

Instead of understanding, the hygienist responded with an attitude and was dismissive. Eventually, she did agree to complete the cleaning during that visit. I believe that customer care and respect are essential, especially in healthcare settings. Patients should not be made to feel like an inconvenience, and situations like this should be handled with more empathy and professionalism.
