My experience with Dr. Bedro and all the staff at Dryas Dental is fantastic, a 180 degree difference from my former dentist. The all-women staff are the most professional, warmest, friendliest, and highly knowledgeable folk I've dealt with and a dental facility. The machines are state-of-the-art, leading to immediate results.

Everyone here takes the time to explain the procedures in normal lay person terminology, as well as allow the patient to ask questions for further understanding. I am extremely pleased with the services here. I am so happy to discover this local women owned, women-run dentist office.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Dyras and her team. After so many years of worry and shame from previous dentists despite always trying my best to prioritize my dental health, this practice is totally unique in its fully patient-centered care and supportive, transparent environment.

I’ve been a patient for almost 3 years and needed around four or five procedures; I have never been made to feel ashamed due to my dental problems, and each team member works with kindness, professionalism, and empathy at the forefront. If you’re looking for a high-quality practice, there’s no better location!

I have been seeing Dr. Dyras for years and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dentist. This office is always very polite, patient, and accommodating.

They are honest about the cost upfront and they have even informed me when my insurance is depleted so I know if I need to schedule appointments for later dates. I don't think many people are excited to go to the dentist, but they make it as efficient and painless as possible.

I had been a patient for 17 years and my husband for all as long. The care we received from this office was always great. Recently however, they decided to no longer take Delta Dental insurance. This would affect every single State of Michigan employee and their family who have their dental insurance. When the change was made, the office made it sound like the only thing changing is that we would have to pay the full price of the services at the appointment, then they would submit the billing to Delta Dental and we would get a check in the mail.

However they don't tell you that the "contract dentist savings" goes away, so you'll be reimbursed a lot less than the out of pocket cost was before when they took Delta. Before my appointment, I did ask them to obtain a "pre-treatment estimate claim" which would tell me how much Delta Dental would cover. I apparently misread it (since medical billing isn't easy to read for the average person) and thought that my appointment would be almost entirely covered. A cleaning with x-rays ended up costing me $125 after the reimbursement. Suffice to say, I'm finding another dentist that does take Delta and this office has lost 2 customers.

When your official is located a half mile from the headquarters of state government, you'd think it doesn't make sense to alienate all of those employees. Hopefully the change is worth it for them.
