I needed to see Dr. Shepard for an evaluation of a retreat root canal. Had 3 teeth that would need fixing per 2 other dentist. Dr. Shepard did necessary scan and was very thorough in his evaluation and decided that these teeth didn’t need to be retreated. I’m so glad I went to see him and he was honest with me and just didn’t do a procedure for $$ but actually told me the truth.

I’ve been weary about dentist for some time after spending years at great expressions where I had many procedures that probably were not necessary. His front staff gave me prices up front and went over possible scenarios that could happen. So Thank you Dr. Shepard and even if he is out of network I would use him if I ever need another root canal.

Dr. Shepard is the BEST! He’s very honest and explains everything that needs to be done and explains his procedure before starting.

Dr. Shepherd and his staff are true professionals. Going to the dentist is nerve racking but from the moment you enter his office, there is a peace and comfort that comes over you. The mannerism of the staff is wonderful and calming. Dr. Shepard is honest and trust worthy. I was told by my dentist that I needed a root canal but when he examined me, he told me I didn’t need one. I appreciated his honesty.

He also takes his time with you and you don’t feel rushed. Jessica of his staff is AMAZING!! She takes time to listen and provide good guidance. I found Dr. Shepherd from google reviews but after talking to Jessica on the phone, I sealed my decision and I booked an appointment. I wished Dr. Shepard did other dental work bedsides root canals so I could go to him for all my dental needs. Thanks Dr. Shepherd and Jessica!!! Please continue the honest, professional, customer and dental services!

Massive shout out to Dr Shepard and the whole crew. I am a big baby about the dentist and on top of that the tooth was infected and “angry”. It def felt that way. Dr Shepard performed the flawless root canal with zero pain. Amazing. 5 stars. And this is a real person not an AI review.
