I found out from my general dentist that I was going to have to have a root canal done and I had never had one done before so I was a bit nervous about it. I was referred to the Short Pump location where I had an appointment with Dr. Rudnicki. I have to say that I was so impressed with everything from the moment that I walked into the office.

The front desk staff was so friendly and they greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome and explained everything with ease. My assistant Jessica was so kind and friendly and explained everything she had to do to make sure that the procedure went well and without any problems. My dentist for this procedure was Dr. Rudnicki and he was so kind, friendly, and enthusiastic.

He explained to me how the procedure would go and what to expect since this was my first time having a root canal done. During the procedure, he would check in on me to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. The procedure itself was quick and painless and I was relaxed the entire time. I would highly recommend East Coast Endodontics if you need to get a root canal done!

I had a very positive experience at East Coast Endodontics. There was no pain during or after the root canal. The Endodontist was very professional. He offered and brought a bottle of water to me before starting. The assistant brought me a nice warm blanket. I was very relaxed.

The event was not what I expected. I sincerely believe I went to sleep before the procedure was over. A week later, there is still no pain. Now to see my own dentist for the follow up appointments.

Yesterday was my very first visit at this location, and I was truly impressed with the whole operation in general, and Dr Fitzgibbons in particular. He truly put me at ease as I came in expecting "the worst pain and discomfort", and he explained the procedure and its possible outcomes carefully. His demeanor with me, with his assistant while they work together, and with other members of the team, was very professional yet easy going, quite pleasant to deal with and receptive of my comments.

A very likeable group of people, in a nice and calming environment. I am definitely going back to this Mechanicsville clinic.

Coming from someone who has had trauma with dental work as a teenager. I HIGHLY recommend this office from the front desk all the way to Dora, Dr. Harris, and the check out with Michelle what a great experience. I went in with extreme anxiety however, I was put at ease the moment I sat in the chair.

I was super impressed with Dora and Dr. Harris's bedside manner. The interaction/communication with each other and care they had for me, checking on me throughout the whole procedure just truly appreciate them! All I can say is I understand completely why this office has such a high rating! I wish they could do all my dental work! To top it off, I even got a follow up call today the day after my procedure to check on me! You are not just another number to this office they actually CARE which is hard to find in today's world! Thank you again for this wonderful experience and the relief you provided me!
