I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Jain for some specialized treatment and their amazing team at East Madison Dental, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of care I received. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff, especially Marcia made me feel comfortable and addressed all my concerns. The entire team was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. The individualized attention was truly outstanding.

Dr. Jain took the time to thoroughly discuss my concerns and explained each step of the treatment process in detail. They listened to my concerns and tailored their approach to fit my unique needs, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit and treatment.

I will start by saying the location is lovely, clean, friendly etc. Getting an appt was easy, the office is efficient etc. Great for adults and I am sure SOME children. I will continue with, the reason I emphasized SOME is because it is true. . . If you are looking for a pediatric dentist, continue your search.

There is nothing kid oriented about this location. The waiting room is for an adult. Glass table, no toys, decorated for adults etc. a big flower arrangement. . you get my point. The rooms are the same! They are not for children! Clean but NOTHING that says "kids, this is for you!" The dentist was lovely, but again, not for children.

Her assistant wasn't prepared, as my four year old screamed in the chair, and she wasn't ready with materials, prolonging the process. We have been to other locations where it is very kid friendly, sunglasses, capes, big screens, and this really didn't hit the mark. To top it off, they used MINT toothpaste. What kids like mint? If you have an adaptable kid, sure, otherwise, I suggest you go elsewhere.
