I went to the dentist for my regular teeth cleaning today and a new hygienist named Janae cleaned my teeth. She was digging in my gums and teeth so hard like she was deliberately trying to damage my teeth. She was scraping my teeth more than she was cleaning between my gums, she was pulling my lips/mouth with her hands all crazy, and she was super rough. She went to speak to Dr. Sheth and when she came to look at my teeth she said one of my bottom teeth was a little loose. She said that my gums are thin in certain parts and I need teeth grafting.

I’ve never in my life had a dentist tell me my tooth is slightly loose after a hygienist was using the instruments too hard on my teeth. Dr. Sheth came in to do damage control because I complained about the horrible hygienist. The previous hygienist that cleaned my teeth was amazing, and cleaned my teeth perfectly. Dr. Sheth told me the hygienist Janae was excellent when, I told her how rough she was with my teeth.

She dismissed my experience with the hygienist and told me that no other dentist would tell me that my tooth is loose. LIKE WHAT? Dr. Sheth nor did the hygienist take accountability for my bad experience. Now all of a sudden, I have a loose tooth inn the area the hygienist was digging super hard in. I came home to look at my gums and my gums are irritated, super red, and have lines in them from the hygienist scraping in my mouth like she is crazy! I will never in my life go back to this dentist office and please be aware of what will happen to you here!
