We have always seen Dr Bardi or Aaron. Im 30yo and Dr Bardi was my doctor and 8years ago we made him our first daughters doc in 28wks now with a baby girl and he's retiring. The staff and the doctors are always sweet and respectful and helpful. I will never use another doctors office for my kids. My daughter loves Dr Bardi and Aaron and Dr Davis.

At first we liked the practice. felt comfortable with Dr. Elder, who was a fantastic doctor and felt like we were getting good care. The office staff has never, not even from day 1 been helpful or kind, including the nurses, with the exception of Beth who works at the front desk. She is very efficient and helpful. But, we liked Dr. Elder so we stayed. Then, he left along with quite a few other doctors all at one time and things really went South. I waited 3 hours one afternoon with a 3 month old. A friend of mine waited 2 hours one day and was never seen.

Went back the following day and waited 2. 5 hours and was never seen. She finally went to a new practice and by this point her child had a terrible case of Pneumonia. Thankfully, his new doctors office was willing to meet her on a Saturday to give her child breathing treatments which is something that would never happen at ECP. I called one friday afternoon a little before 4pm because I thought my child had an ear infection. Told them I could be there by 4:20. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes I was told that Dr. Keith wouldn't see us that late in the day and we would have to go to the ER. Ridiculous! I was also told by a nurse "You are wasting your time using Lidocane before shots. Because they are shots and are supposed to hurt.

She'll be fine. " I thought I was the mom and I got to make those decisions for my family not her. Then she proceeded to give her the shots outside of where I had put the Lidocane. I think just to prove a point. And lastly, I have been calling for well over a week, left multiple messages, explained that we had been to Urgent Care and my 7. 5 month old had been treated for double ear infections and that we needed our records sent ASAP so that we could see a new doctor. After almost 2 weeks now, I finally called and got Beth on the phone who was kind enough take the matter into her own hands to help me and she is sending the records for me. Absolutely terrible practice. They obviously don't care about their patients needs or being courteous and helpful.

Very rude and unorganized. I waited 3 hour for them to call in a prescription for a sick child. You can't ever get anyone on the phone and it takes hours for them to return a call.

I have been bringing my baby here for almost 9 years now. Dr Bardi saved my babies life more than twice and kept her out of the hospital. Unfortunately he is retired. The other Doctors there are still excellent. Dr Calabrese, and Dr Davis are my favorite, but my baby has seen them all over the years.

The staff are amazing and helpful. I have never had an issue with anyone and I highly recommend this practice. They actually listen to the parent and the child when able to explain what is going on. That's important to me.
