I recently had an infuriating experience with this dentist that left me feeling misled and disrespected due to their lack of transparency and professionalism. I initially booked an appointment for tooth pain, but by the time I arrived, the pain had subsided. I still went to ensure everything was okay. The dentist did an X-ray, found nothing wrong, and I paid $200 for that first visit—hardly a small amount, especially since my insurance has very little room left for coverage. The dentist then suggested a full exam, explicitly assuring me the second visit would be free. Trusting this, I returned—still pain-free—expecting no charge as promised.

They did the exam and another X-ray, only to hit me with a bill, claiming the X-rays were chargeable and billing my insurance. When I questioned this, they insisted the X-rays were “necessary for cleaning,” which I’ve never heard of in years of dental visits. Who needs X-rays just for a cleaning? The bait-and-switch was bad enough, but the lack of clear communication made it worse. The receptionist argued with me, claiming she’d mentioned the charges during my first visit—absolutely untrue. Another even had the nerve to ask if I expected the service to be free, despite the dentist’s promise and the $200 I’d already paid. I was supposed to return for a third visit for the cleaning, so yes, after their assurances and my initial payment, I did expect the exam to be free as promised.

Instead, I felt embarrassed, misled, and nickel-and-dimed. This clinic’s failure to communicate costs upfront—especially when insurance coverage is tight—is unacceptable. Healthcare demands trust and clarity, and they delivered neither. I’ll never return and strongly caution others to avoid this place unless you enjoy surprises on your bill.

Have always had a great experience. Our most recent visit was for my 4 year olds first cleaning. The hygienist was unbelievably kind and really went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable.

Showed her all the tools, which very much appreciated , even letting her try them out herself made it fun and interactive. My kiddo definitely loved getting a new tooth brush and picking a toy at the end. Thank you guys!
