Dr.Chang and his staff are great. He is a very honest dentist and does high quality work. He is open on Saturdays which is very helpful as I work full time during the week. I have recommended him to a few of my friends for dental work and will continue going to him.

Love coming here - staff is friendly and while the Dr. is a tough-love kind of guy, whenever I have an issue (no matter how minor) it's taken care of in a professional and timely fashion. Have had dental caries filled as well as dozens of routine cleanings and even had my wisdom teeth removed here.
Have never had a bad experience. I'm always in-and-out when I come and never have to wait for my appointment :)

Let me start off by saying that I do really like this dentist, he great at what he does and won't make you feel bad about the state of your teeth. Now comes the bad part. . . the rest of the staff leaves something to desired. I went in for a cleaning was told I needed a crown ok sounds good. I go in for said crown and then all of sudden the dentist states we should do a bridge here instead, again ok. So I get the determination from my insurance I'm six months out from qualifying again for major dental work of this kind.
I speed two weeks on the phone dealing with insurance they said you can appeal and the representative tells me if they write the appeal letter I'm sure it will get approved. Ok I call the office the front end tells me nope he won't write it. So I say are you sure it seems like a simple ask. I work in the medical field and do this all the time for patients. Still no he won't it's a huge insurance company and they will just deny it. Ok fine can I get my medical records so I can find a dentist that will. Then I get a call 15 minutes later saying ok he will write the letter but he doesn't think it will get approved. My husband goes in to pick up the medical records and pay the final bill and the dentist is shocked we are leaving and said he wasn't aware that this was going on.
So either he's not being truthful or the front end didn't want to do it. Either way it's unprofessional in my opinion. This is also after dealing with the same front end that didn't apply a payment to my account then when I called to asked why it's so much, in a very condescending tone I am told that ma'am you have dependents that have gotten work done. Correct I have and it was paid she goes to look comes back and is like oh I see it I'll take care of that now. Great! So make sure you're asking up front on what exactly they are doing and what they will be billing your insurance for and don't let them start till they get the insurances ok also check your bills as this was a $155 miss that they said I didn’t pay.
