The people at Eau Claire Family are just amazing. After having not been to a dentist in a very long time I was very nervous to start going again but all of the hygienists and Dr. Altendorf were a total pleasure to work with. I've been back three times in less than 2 months and never have I had a less than stellar experience with anyone there.

Shout out to Danica specifically, I had to go through a relatively painful minor procedure and she was so unbelievably friendly, kind, and attentive to my stress levels and pain. So long as I live in the area I will definitely continue to come here for any dental needs I have.

The hygienist we have been with for over a decade at 2 different offices retired, so we went to Eau Claire Family Dental for all of our initial appointments in the transfer. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Doering was pleasant. However, our hygienist seemed a bit passive aggressive and questioned our decisions with oral care for our kids, saying things like "You ARE the parents" when asking about brushing habits.

Our kids are 11 and 14 and haven't had any concerns like this from our other dentist, EVERY. My wife recently went with my daughter for her initial appointment and was accused of being late, and threatened with a Late fee for this. When in reality she was on-time, but was held up at the counter because of other patients trying to deal with their own issues. To say it kindly, my wife was NOT pleased with this and had similar thoughts about our hygienist as I had with myself and our son.

We were really hoping this would be a good experience. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I have lost track of how many years I’ve been going to Eau Claire Family Dental. I am so pleased with my care. Everyone is so friendly. Dr. Doering puts you at ease if you need any work done. My hygienist, Kim, is very kind and gentle. They care and they listen to concerns.
