If I had to describe our experience at EBM Family Care Dental in one word, it would be…”Family”. I was so impressed, considering I had just made an emergency appointment for my husband, who had a severe toothache. The office was so inviting and Will did his best so that my husband can be seen the same day. We really didn’t know what to expect, but the minute we entered that home like office, everyone there greeted us as if they knew us for years. When more patients arrived, everyone greeted everyone with smiles. The staff was very welcoming and professional.
The Doctor popped in to the sitting room and also was just as welcoming. My husband I were in amazement. I have been to several medical offices and you just don’t get that same feeling that we experienced today. We felt as if we were with our own family members. They were all empathetic, nurturing, and made us feel as if we were a part of their family tree. I know this may sound strange, but if your seeking a FAMILY oriented dentist we highly recommend EBM Family Care Dental.
