From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with warmth and professionalism. They genuinely care about your comfort and take the time to discuss any concerns and goals for your smile.

Dr. Dickey’s expertise in both general and cosmetic dentistry is outstanding—I’ve never felt rushed during any visit, and I always leave feeling heard and cared for. Their technology is top-notch, which makes me feel like I’m getting the best possible care.

Dr. Kirk is a business profit-driven dentist who couldn't care less about his patients. During my visit, he was dismissive and unwilling to answer questions. Basically he don't like if you ask questions. Just do as I say, pay money and leave. I came here for a normal routine checkup with intentions of invaslign.

I asked if I can be done any teeth cleaning which they declined saying there is nothing like teeth routine cleaning in MN and they don't that. It's mostly teeth whitening which i can get toothpaste over counter. Invaslign is not done here its done in adjacent clinic. He asked me to decide between fixing cavities or Invisalign, which is absurd since he's the specialist to best advice. He pushed for cavity fixes, merely retouching old work, and didn't even consider how this would affect future Invisalign measurements. When I went for Invisalign elsewhere, they couldn't take measurements due to his recent fixes.

His incompetence is staggering. Thankfully, the nurse was somewhat helpful, but Dr. Kirk is a dentist to avoid at all costs. I don't recommend!
