They did great work on my daughters teeth, no issues there. . . . . but the office staff is beyond rude, incompetent and lazy. They told me it is a courtesy that they file the claims through my insurance and it is my responsibility to get it done. . .

. . . seriously I have never heard this from any dental, vision or medical provider ever! Still working through billing months after work is complete. I would recommend finding another dentist in town. . . . office staff needs training on how to work with customers!!!

We were referred to Dr. Edge's office because of my son's fear of dental work. Dr. Edge did such an amazing job that my son came out smiling and said, "Mom, it didn't hurt! I didn't feel anything! Can we always see that dentist?" I've never seen my son happy after a dental visit, so this was so refreshing to hear! I highly recommend Dr. Edge!

The office staff here is very rude. I called several days prior to my children's appointment to verify before I took a half day off from work and they confirmed my appointment. Then when we got there they very rudely informed me that they didn't have us down that day for an appointment. No apology for the mistake or my trouble.

Then, after they closed the GLASS partition to the waiting room where I was sitting they proceeded to roll their eyes,complain and talk about me. We will be looking for another dentist. I have honestly never seen an office staff so unfriendly and rude.

Love this office! The staff is always friendly and informative. Dr. Edge is very good with my 5 year old daughter. He explains to her what he is going to do, and ensures she is comfortable during her visit. No complaints about the office, staff, or dentist.
