Every staff member was friendly and polite. The receptionists are accommodating and friendly. The hygienist was gentle and kept me informed of what she was doing. If you're looking for a new dentist, give Edgewood Dental a try.

My husband and myself just had our first appointment today at Edgewood Dental today with Dr. Valerie Haughtington. . All the staff were incredibly polite, caring and professional.

I was so shocked I didn't feel like another number on the list it was so refreshing Both Valerie and my hygienist *I didn't catch her name but she was lovely too* took the time to discuss my dental concerns, while also showing me any issues I missed or didn't know about. During the exam moments both were incredibly gentle While inspecting my mouth, I have never had anyone be that gentle before so it was a new experience for me. Valerie explained what she felt were priority needs to fix and what could wait a bit or none urgent but an eventual plan to treat My husband had the same experience he has anxiety from past experiences elsewhere, he said the compassion shown really helped put him at ease. His treatment plan is more extensive and will take a while to complete but it's the first time I've seen him not look so worried about visiting a dentist and he feels it's an attainable plan vs his experience elsewhere.

Thank you Valerie for how you treated us both especially my husband, you eased some of his biggest worries in a way I've not seen before My next appointment is towards the end of the year. I will do an update on how my procures go.

I just had the very best dental experience. My 6 year old. . just had a perfect first time experience at the Dentist getting a cleaning also. We both just left very happy! We seen Dr. Havlin and hygienist Michelle. They both explained throughly everything they were doing and why. They went through X-rays showing me each one and explained everything. They were so patient and happy to take the time to answer my questions and I ask a lot.

I like to know and understand what I’m looking at and the outcome. If I could give Edgewood. . Dr. Havlin, Michelle, Deana and staff more than 5 stars I would. Deana. . in the front office and insurance coordinator. (Forgive me if I spelled names wrong) was excellent.

She went thru all charges w me even if they were covered by insurance and at a zero balance. The transparency was very much appreciated. The atmosphere is very nice, very comfortable, very clean and welcoming to children also w a play area in the waiting room. I am so happy to have finally found a forever Dentist for me and my family after my dentists retirement. I highly recommend!! Thank you soo much Edgewood Team for making going to the Dentist an appointment we will look forward to in the future:) *** Add on-- Its been awhile since our initial appointments and my 6 year old is asking when she gets to go back to the dentist!? Thats not something Ive heard a child say before. I think that in a nutshell describes her positive experience. Thank you Edgewood Dental Team:)

I've been going here for a couple of years now after more than a decade without seeing a dentist. I have a bit of dentist-anxiety like a lot of people do. Everyone here from the desk staff to the hygienists and doctors are always friendly and informative and do great work. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
