This review is NOT for Dr. Cherot, who is kind, thorough and a professional dentist with excellent bedside manners. This review is specifically for her front office staff member, Evette, who is probably the rudest admin staff I ever encountered. I had seen Dr. Cherot while she was with Art and Dentistry, in absence of Dr. Kitahara.

She identified something that we had missed for years and impressed me in that one visit. I tried to move to Dr. Cherot's new practice, Edmonston Dental, once before. But this rude Evette prevented it from happening. This was about seven months back. I reattempted just now, and boy, she sure hasn't changed.

I would have liked to confirm that I am in fact in network, and move my family under Dr. Cherot's care. It's too bad that Evette is uncooperative and not at all willing to assist. Any prospective patients out there, please be aware of Evette from Edmonston Dental's front office - if you can somehow get through the front office administrative portion then you will be in good hands with Dr. Cherot.
