Took me right away I needed my front tooth fixed. I was worried I might not have had an appointment prior to my work week. Loved the ladies very sweet, Dr. Karen boland was very comforting and Ms. Diana She did an amazing job on my front tooth and fast Lots of love. Michelle.

3 reasons why Iam not going back. I know someone will reply to this but Idc. Adios!!! Instead of management apologizing its defending the receptionist which I assume is the same person as replying to every bad review. 1. Xray is broken as per new staff. The parts are loose 3 staff tried it on me didnt work. My first time to have this issue. Staff literrally blamed my mouth lol, And the fact its broken they still used it on me. And even though its broken they charged me with it. 2. Receptionist. Same thing as the negative issues above.

Shady. I saw why insurance didnt pay my claim because of wrong info-address and I literally said Iam a worker not a student receptionist still put student, looks like she want to make it hard for me. And she charged me for xray even though she saw it herself its broken. 🤷🏻‍♀️Because Xray is broken they had to use the more expensive xray. I know my insurance pretty well they paid all the procedures I had rightaway. And then the Dentist said they do denture in their clinic but receptionist said they dont. Then receptionist said the Doctor is not available for my extraction while dentist said she will book it next 1-2 weeks. 3. New Staff didnt know what shes doing. She said it herself she didnt know how to use the xray and nobody wants to help her, and its her 2nd day to work yet nobody taught her about the 'new system'. She said shes done xray a million times but did it differently with other staff. The whole more than 30mins she did my xray all she metioned was "I dont know what to do".

Looks like she was just pulled by her friend just to have someone in there. I noticed MOST BAD REVIEW is about the Receptionist. L O L PS. I just called my insurance. Receptionist refused to get paid directly by insurance they want me to pay instead. Idk why clerk has to do that. I mean I went there to get better and to get help. The staff was non stop saying to me "Idk what to do" so I told her to get some help she dont know what tshes doing. Thats not even mean. Rather than shoving xrays device to my mouth non-stop its really uncomfortable. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I am writing a review for Eglinton Square dental for something I never thought I would give a 5 star review for. . . . 2 root canals!! I have to say that Dr. S. Sadeghi was very kind and even though having a root canal is a terrible experience, her kindness and patience was greatly appreciated. As well, she was quick and efficient so that I didn't have to endure the procedure for an extended period.

For the second root canal, my tooth had cracked and she was able to save the tooth. I am normally not a good patient, however, her comforting words during the procedure made me feel better and I was able to remain calm. I also want to add that the paperwork and documentation for a root canal is very cumbersome, somewhat confusing and time consuming. Bianca at the Eglinton Square office is also very kind, hard working and helpful. She has had to submit numerous forms, x-rays, reports etc. , and she is always available and helpful in providing the required documents for both insurance companies. In fact, even though the original paperwork was submitted, it all needed to be re-submitted as it was 'not received' the first time. Bianca's patience and persistence is also greatly appreciated!! Dr.

W. Hilton, who I was a patient of for over 25 years recently retired and I was not sure if I would stay with the new owners as I was very happy with him all that time. Dr Hilton put on both crowns after the root canals and as always, he was great and very caring. I will miss him very much. As a result of Dr. Sadeghi's and Bianca's kindness and great work, I am happy to say that I am staying with Eglinton Square Dental.
