The front desk staff was nice but the surgeon lacks a lot of basic customer service skills. I drove 30 minutes for a wisdom tooth consult that could have been a phone call. He had no idea why I was there and told me to ask my dentist why they sent me. The dentist office that referred me is part of their business network! He didn’t even bother to read the referral.

The Baltimore office is always on point so this was really shocking to me. I go to them for everything but I will be going elsewhere for any extractions or cosmetic dental work. Very disappointing.

I was referred to this clinic by a doctor at Horizon Dental (located next door) for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was told that both clinics are under the same management. I came in for a consultation, but unfortunately, I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and still wasn’t seen by a provider.

While the front desk staff and technician were friendly and professional, I’ve never had to wait this long to see a healthcare provider in my life. It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I got 4 impacted wisdom teeth out here and the process was extremely smooth. They got me in for a consult super quick and the surgery occurred within 2 weeks. They were available for all my questions and follow up appts. The staff are wonderful, especially Shauna at the front desk and Dr. Yalamanchili. Highly recommend!
