We were patients of Elite Dental for a couple of years and had enrolled in their in-house dental plan, which required a down payment and monthly payments covering two cleanings per year. Unfortunately, when our credit card was compromised and replaced with a new one, we didn’t immediately update our payment details with Elite Dental. Instead of reaching out to notify us about the failed payments, they simply canceled our plan without any communication. When we realized the issue and tried to rectify it, they informed us that we would need to pay the setup fee again to rejoin.

Their lack of outreach and willingness to charge us an additional fee left a bad impression. Additionally, when we discussed the possibility of leaving the practice, they showed no interest in retaining us as patients, which was surprising. In my experience working in the dental industry, patient retention is crucial, and most businesses make an effort to keep their existing patients rather than focusing solely on acquiring new ones. I typically don't write negative reviews; overall, this experience reinforced that this practice seems more focused on financial gain than patient care.

We were disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service and moved to a different provider.

I feel like the whole experience was professional and on point. From the time that I called to get an appointment, they were super friendly. My hygienist Lydia was so amazing in every way possible. Made me feel comfortable. I did not feel judged the least bit. Overall a phenomenal experience.
