The professionalism of this practice is extremely poor. You will be treated well when you're a new patient, and after that it's downhill pretty fast. The headline is that they cancel appointments left and right to fit their own needs. Here is a longer version of the story: 1. My husband had an appointment with them at 12:30pm. 2. They called the day before to reschedule his appointment at the end of the day (at 3pm) to move to 12pm the next day due to their own scheduling conflicts.
3. The next day, my husband called at 8:45am ~4x to confirm that the new time worked and no one answered. Then, he was told his appointment was cancelled. 4. Then, when we asked to reschedule - after speaking to someone on the phone for ~20 minutes, we were ghosted. 5. There was another time where they just didn't go through insurance and just cancelled the appointment suddenly because "they couldn't find the insurance".
Kind of hard to balance schedules with two working parents - and figuring out how to fit in our appointments. Totally disrespectful of our time. There's so many dental practices. Don't waste your time here.

In all honesty, I came into my appointment with some preexisting dental anxiety. I truly had the most horrible experience of my life at Elite Dental. The hygienist and doctor both caused me excess pain during my routine cleaning and then proceeded to blame me for being the problem. The hygienist was clearly new - she was nervous, uncertain, and very inexperience in her movements, causing me unnecessary pain, and even made me hold the suction wand myself… The doctor berated me for not going to the dentist sooner (after I explained it had been a while since I last saw a one because I truly couldn’t afford it), made me feel embarrassed and stupid for crying in pain, then boasted to me about how great a job he did cleaning my teeth.
At no point in my 2 visits there did I feel welcomed and in good hands. Please save yourself the toothache and trauma and go anywhere else.

Very good experience all around. Helped me transfer my info from my last dentist so I didn’t have to do bitewing x-rays all over again this year. Fit me into the schedule the NEXT DAY after I reached out on a whim. Great staff from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists. Parking is weird, but that’s literally the only con. Thank you Elite Dental!

Dr. HeeJue Hong was excellent! Honestly, one of the best services I’ve received in my entire life. The hygienist, Laurent, was also really nice and gave really good advice.
