Dr Barra and Rachel are the best!! I had hip surgery scheduled with 2 weeks notice and had to have a dental clearance. Unknown to me I had to have many things done in a hurry. They fit me in almost everyday to make sure I got no infection!! They are so kind, gentle and caring. I found my forever Dentist.

Dr. Barra is a true professional with vast technical knowledge and experience. Being a practicing professional, you can tell when someone is truly an expert in their field. I consider myself lucky to have found such a talented dentist in the 518! I would highly recommend going in for cleanings or procedures. She actually takes the time to explain what is going on and listen to you!

Dr Barra is by far the best dentist I've gone to over 25 years. I've been to other dentist and hate my experience with the other dentists. Dr. Barra is empathetic and caring and makes sure you are comfortable with her and her staff. Only if the other dentists in the capital region cared more about the patient than the money, maybe people wouldn't be afraid to go to these dentists. I've NEVER in 25 years had an unpleasant experience with Dr.

Barra. She should be more recognized and respected for her professional work ethic and how she actually cares for her patients. So if you want a dentist that isn't going to treat you like a victim and criticize you how your tooth care is, go to Dr, Barra. She even will help you with an emergency call for a toothache. I so recommend Dr. Barra

Coco Poco

This place represent third world country level. Why? After being their patient for few years when I lived in Albany area, when I moved to Boston area, few of new dentists who saw me made a comment how they do things differently in America…. I said, I had these teeth fixed by a white dentist from Albany! They were shocked and lost words. Dr Barra will claim she was the top of her class, but she really ruined my teeth and my husband’s. SinceI can’t respond to Dr Barra’s claim that I was never patient of her, oh yes I was! The reason I had to mention the race is because I am an Asian, these other dentists assumed I got my teeth done at some ‘third wolrd’ asian county.

So I had to let them know it was actually done in ‘America’! That was not a discrimination, simply shows your quality of work. Not only my husband and I, my nephew and my sister also had their teeth done at your practice. So don’t claim we were never your patients. It was from 2004 to 2009!
