My initial consult was great and very easy. I enjoyed conversing with Dr. Sanavi and the exam was very thorough. The follow up however has been horrible. I never heard back from the office after my initial visit and it's been 3 weeks. I've called at least 3 times to find out the status of my procedure.

The one time I spoke with a human I was told someone would contact me with the status of my order. As a teacher I wanted to have this surgical procedure done in the summer, Dr. . Sanavi's office made that impossible for me. I am moving on to another periodontist after wasting 3 weeks with this unprofessional nonsense.

Lucky chung

Dr Sanavi has been my dentist for many years. When he did implants for me, I had absolutely no pain or discomfort. Besides having excellent skills as a clinician, he is a kind and compassionate person. Recently I have an incidence where he went to the lab himself to get a replacement for me.

Please be cautious when considering Dr. Sanavi's dental practice, as I have recently experienced questionable billing practices. Despite paying for services in full, my insurance company also made payments for the same work, yet I did not receive the credit or refund. Instead, I continued to receive bills for services that had already been paid for. My confidence in Dr. Sanavi as a trustworthy and reputable dentist has been compromised, as I feel deceived, misled, and taken advantage of.

I have decided not to return as a patient and will not recommend his services to others. I advise others to take my cautionary tale seriously and exercise care when engaging with this dentist. Trust is paramount in the dental profession, and unfortunately, Dr. Sanavi has demonstrated untrustworthiness. Please consider my feedback and seek out a dentist who can be relied upon.
