Made an appointment online with a terrible toothache. I thought it would just need to be pulled and be done with it very quickly. Dr. A and his team did a great job of saving the tooth with a root canal and crown! I am not sure why, but I almost passed out, BP dropped real low and I let Dr. A know right away that I wasn’t feeling well and felt like I was going to pass out. Dr.

A and his team responded very quickly and dropped what they were doing to make sure I was alright and well before proceeding on with the root canal. The patience, professionalism, quickness, and respect that they had during this whole process was absolutely phenomenal. The best part, they went next door to buy me an ORANGE JUICE to get sugar in me! What other dental office would do something like that?! NONE OF THEM WOULD, that’s who! Dr. A and his team will forever be people I recommend! Thanks again Dr. A and team!

I’m leaving a poor review because while the dental work itself was good, the way this office handles money is completely shady. I came in with a broken crown and they got me in quickly, which I appreciated. But once I sat down, they gave me a quote not just for fixing the broken crown, but to place a second crown on the tooth above it — a tooth that had no problems whatsoever. Their reasoning? Because it “touched another crown. ” No real medical reason, no issue with the tooth — I told them I only wanted the broken crown fixed only. They listened and adjusted quote. While in pain and with an exposed tooth, I was pushed to sign off on a very expensive procedure.

I should have insisted on waiting until insurance processed, but hindsight’s always 20/20— later research confirmed the pricing was way out of line. First red flag is they billed me for a gingivectomy — something I seriously doubt was ever performed. I know what to expect from that procedure (I’ve had one before), and there were absolutely no signs it had been done. When I questioned the charge, they first told me insurance wouldn’t cover it. After pressing them, they finally submitted it — and insurance DID pay for it. Second red flag is When I called to get my refund. When my insurance finally went through, they claim they haven’t received anything yet and would get back to me.

I waited a month and I had to reach out to them. When I finally spoke to someone, they tried to claim I owed even more money. I was literally about to loop my insurance company into the call when they suddenly admitted I was right and agreed to refund me. I will say they did refund me very quick And on top of everything, they charge a ridiculous percentage fee just to use a credit card Bottom line: The dentist does good work. But the business practices here are shady and with that I have zero trust. Be very careful if you choose to deal with them.

This dental practice is far better than most. Just had a procedure done for a tooth extraction in and out in less than 20 minutes and the doctor and dental assistant was top notch. Never felt anything. The dental assistant was very comforting and explained everything as the task went on.
