I've been taking my kids to the Burke office for 19 years. We love all their staff, from the moment you are greeted at the front desk until you check out. They have always been kind to the kids and honest with whatever was needed. I have never felt pushed to do "extra things" like braces if not totally necessary. I am going to miss when the last one is too old to go! Thank you!!

I called embrace family smiles woodbridge on three occasions trying to schedule an appointment for my kids. I am new in virginia and a friend recommended. Emory she saids her name is always answers the phone and always tells me she will give me a call back and she never does!!! Three times!!!. I once called her back and told her this is the third time she has told me she was gonna call me back and so I will be expecting it. She said yeah yeah she was trying to find me a spot and that she was trying to call somebody to do that. Really? Ok am gonna wait then.

Emory never did. I feel the moment she hears I had accent, it pissed her off. I have never been there before but I feel unwelcomed already sadly. .

Just called to schedule as a new patient for my toddlers after being referred to them and once I told the front desk rep I had two dental insurances she stated one of them was out of network. I said okay well the second one is in network so I wanted to proceed with setting up an appointment as we are just looking for preventive care but she acted like she couldn’t schedule it. I never heard of this before but she said it’s office policy. Even if the first insurance isn’t in network, isn’t it called coordination of benefits? So my second one would then be billed and then it would be covered as I am just looking for cleanings for a 4 and 2 year old.

I’m legit in HR and still couldn’t believe or understand how she was being so resistant to a potential new patient. I guess they don’t want new patients. Be sure then to update your website and specify exactly that Aetna is only covered if you had Connection Dental or whatever she said on the card. I will go to find another practice because it just felt like if they are doing this already, they most likely will suck when it comes to billing.

Wasn’t like I didn’t have insurance at all; and also why couldn’t I even get scheduled like I couldn’t pay out of pocket. They definitely need customer service training!

This is a great orthodontist with a wonderful staff. We have been very pleased with the quality of care and also the affordability compared to other offices in the area. Dr. Hennigh truly cares about his patients more than getting rich off of them.

He is careful to begin orthodontic work in the right way at the right time. I recommend this office to anyone needing ortho care for themselves or their children.
