the team helped me right away for root canal procedure! on a Saturday! was in so much pain, couldn't wait for other dentists (weeks out) It depends on scheduling when you can be seen, if there's room they will see you right away :) Main dentist and assistant extremely professional and kind. knowledge/ highly skilled - gentle receptionist ladies are kind and understanding / helpful.

TO ME i got what i paid for and look forward to the follow up crown.

I went in for a tooth extraction. Dr. Wong is awesome. He explained what he was doing and what I would experience during the process. I was expecting major pain but it was actually pretty bearable. I'm greatful that they were able to get me in so quickly! I made an appointment on Thursday, and by Saturday I was in.

Be careful of this place, I certainly felt like I was being taken advantage of. After having a bridge installed at a different dentist out of my area, 6 months earlier I was experiencing great pain in the same spot. . . I came into this location to address and assess the situation. I was greeted by the dentist who appeared not much older than 12 years old. . . Actually he was much older, just super young and inexperienced.

After my initial examination, I was told that it was not my bridge that was causing the problem, in fact it was the tooth next to the bridge. (Tooth #5) I was presented with an estimate for a root canal, build up, and Crown for $3500, which could conveniently be done the same day. Knowing that I was going to see the original dentist a few weeks later I opted for only the medication to deal with the infection, I was prescribed amoxicillin. After visiting the original dentist, it in fact turned out to be the tooth under the bridge (tooth #4). It was explained to me that it was very clear to see that it was not the tooth the emergency dentist said it was, and that I almost fell to a common "dental scam" to be charged extra for additional work that was unnecessary. My best advice for this place is definitely get a second opinion before plopping down your hard-earned cash. . . .

This procedure to correct the issue only cost me $1,500. In my opinion this place prays on the vulnerability of their patients. . . I feel I narrowly avoided a scam. (Funny how so many "1 star" reviews of this place are from patients who have never visited here. . . Sounds fake)
