I have never in my life been in this much pain. They lied about being in network with my insurance. I would literally go to a vet before I go to them and I'm filing a complaint for fraudulent billing on their behalf with my insurance company. LITERALLY if I could give a -5 stars I would. NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE! 3hrs it took for me to get a call back today.

24hrs to get a call back about an antibiotic I should've been put on that I ask about that day. 10 min to respond to a bad Google review. I will be in there today before 5 to pick up my script as directed and I will sign my records release at that time. That fact that you would even discuss that in this review shows how unprofessional you are.

Because they included work that wasn't done on my wife's bill she confronted them and got them to remove the additional charges. She paid cash in-person because she did not trust them with her card information after they had already been dishonest. She asked point blank to inform her of the complete bill and paid it. They gave her a receipt, paid in full. Days go by, and now she is receiving bills again from Emmert saying they have no record of her payment, and she still owes them hundreds. They claim to not recognize their own receipt. This matter will be furnished to the law.

I suggest anyone else who has complained here should do the same. It's grossly criminal to try to take advantage of those needing emergency care, kicking them when they are already down. They need to be shut down. It's creepy that they should be allowed to touch anyone. Edit: Today she received another bill with an increased number. They are heaping hot coals on themselves. When this is done, every detail will be widely publish.

It's a good time for them to apologize and drop it. Edit: Another one 11/23. I guessing someone needs Christmas money, maybe more cosmetic surgery? Just trying to figure them out. Report only valid fraud disputes to PA Health and Wellness. They are very interested. I believe these crooks will get sorted out soon.

I am very disappointed with the business practices at Emmert Dental Associates. I won a raffle at a fundraising event for the Philips Zoom Teeth Whitening, and when I called to schedule the service, I was told that the offer expired. I tried to explain to them that there is no expiration date listed on the winning certificate, but they are not willing to commit to what was given for the raffle.

To me, Emmert Dental Associates is a disorganized and dishonest practice.

They have falsely listed their office hours on Google for over two years and consistently ignore patient calls, never responding. Recently, when I went in for an appointment, they began with three anesthesia shots without even asking for my consent and only informed me of the treatment costs afterward—a highly unprofessional process. They also attempted to negotiate the price with me, even though I have insurance for both root canals and crowns. Without explaining the X-ray results, they presented an exorbitant bill.

The doctor even tried to secretly write down a ‘discounted’ amount on a piece of paper as part of the deal, which made me decide this was not a professional clinic, and I needed to go elsewhere. After transferring to a specialized endodontic clinic, I realized that their previous treatments involved excessive procedures and inflated costs. This clinic’s practices could lead any patient to consider legal action. Furthermore, they didn’t disclose the doctor’s name or qualifications and only corrected their office hours on Google today after my complaint.

My whole family can attest to how poor the care has been at this clinic.
