The worst I have ever experienced. Dr. Caravale never shows up for appointments. I don't know how many of my appointments he never showed up. There is always an excuse. Jo Marie never called to let me know. She is rude and unprofessional.

Almost every time I go, her and Irene are talking crap on the patients so everyone in the waiting room can hear. I don't know who does their but they are always billing for services not rendered by dentists I never saw. This is insurance fraud. Then when you call them out, they never correct their mistake and then send you a letter discharging from their practice. I never experienced such unprofessionalism. I would never recommend them to anyone even my worst enemy.

We chose this place because of its location. It has been a year, and they have scammed us out of almost $2,000. They charged us for procedures that are fully covered by our insurance. Since we are new to the USA and chose to trust people, we paid whatever they asked for without questioning. They never gave us any paperwork or detailed billing for what they charged us.

I spoke with the insurance company and be sure I got scammed. After that I tried to reach the manager, but they made me wait on the phone twice and told me she wasn’t available. Please consider the reviews before choosing this place—I wish I had done so last year.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read all of these reviews — they are all accurate and sound like exactly what happened to my family and I. Reviews on yelp and facebook are about ye same as well. This should be a zero star. This place is awful do not even enter the front door.

They are constantly cancelling my daughter’s orthodontist appointments. When we have orthodontic issues we can’t get in to see the orthodontist in a reasonable time — nothing like a 12 year old with her wire sticking out on both sides of her mouth and causing her pain and can’t be seen for 3 days. Horrible hygienist who is way too rough and is not meant to deal with children (yelled at my 8 year old when he barely moved). Seemingly scammed us about procedures we didn’t need.

When questioned about charges we had they said we could let some other procedure go. Claims don’t match what was done. They for sure don’t submit claims correctly and just swindle every single patient that walks in there. Don’t go here under any circumstance!

I did not read the reviews before going and I can confirm the same experience happened to me. I chose this place due to insurance and convenient location and hours. I knew something was off right away. They kept making me redo x rays (no protection. ) the cleaning was excessively long. It felt suspicious. They made weird comments - not what I am used to as dentals usually praise my dental health and re assure me. The dentist came in and said I had 4 cavities. I’ve never had a cavity in my life.

He said I see your old fillings - I’ve never had fillings…. he suggested I come back for an intensive clean with a specialist and then another specialist for filling which I will NOT be doing after finding these reviews. Thank you for warning me. Do not opt for convenience. They will scam you. While I was in the office, someone was fighting with the staff about fraudulent charges. He said they mislead him. I will update once I have insurance claims.
