I was dreading onboarding to another dentist after my last place stopped carrying my insurance, however everyone made the transition seamless. From when I called in to make an appointment until I left with my teeth sparkling. The facility was nice and clean. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating.

While I am not happy that my insurance is no longer accepted at my last place (which I also loved. ), I am elated I happened on Empire dental care. They made me feel heard and were able to get me in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend!

Kudos to “Christine,” my hygienist, who was caring, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and skillful. Also: she explained the in-house coverage plan so successfully that I signed up — which will mean better and more regular oral care for me at no higher cost. Looks like all the staff and the doctors communicate very well, do good work, and get along well and with good humor. 5 🌟 ‘s!

From the time I got there to the time I left, I was treated with respect and kindness. I had to get new x-rays done and I was a bit nervous but the hygienist took her time and made sure I was comfortable with what we needed to do. The doctor was very kind and thorough. Me and my chompers were very well taken care of!!
