Great experience start to finish- for someone who’s avoided the dentist for many years because of anxiety. The desk staff, the dental hygienist (joanne) and the dentist I saw were all super nice. Joanne talked me through each step and told me I can raise my hand and stop at any time. Dental places really trigger my OCD.

The dentist also helped me a great deal by being so patient and kind. 10/10 would recommend. I will no longer avoid going to a dentist. 🦷

New Patient. Had a first time root canal done today. Dr. Goldstein was the best Dentist I think I have ever had! 100% on bedside manner and 100% on practically painless root canal and cavity removal.

All of his front desk office managers including all nurses,front line specialists were thorough,#1 in this area on profressionalism and most understanding to concerns. Thank you Encore Dental of Shrewsbury. I highly recommend.

Just Me

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Encore dental that I feel compelled to share. After making an appointment, I arrived on time, only to find myself waiting over 40 minutes without any communication from the staff. It was disappointing to see that while patients were left in the waiting room, the dental staff were laughing and chatting amongst themselves about topics completely unrelated to their work.

dental care is important, and as patients, we deserve to be treated with respect and consideration. Instead of informing us about the delays and offering updates, the staff seemed completely unconcerned, which only added to the frustration. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism in a place where we expect to receive care and attention.

If you value your time and want a dental experience where the staff prioritizes patient communication and care, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This office clearly needs to reevaluate their priorities and improve their customer service.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I forgot my cane which I never do. The dental assistant helped me to the room from he room and offered to walk me to the car. The front desk took care of me from my seat. Had no problems with my information and coverage.

I had nerve pain radiating from the entire top left side of my mouth and radiating from my cheek to my eye. They pinpointed my issue fast efficiently and presented my options clearly and professionally. They were helpful with payment options from my smart insurance card and offered me a less expensive alternative for the shortterm.
