I've not had good experiences with dental practitioners until I encountered my now retired dentist. He indicated that I needed to have a root canal done and that an endodontist could render the best care possible and that's what his clients deserve so he referred me to Dr Factor just across the street. Having had a horrible root canal experience with a former dentist from many years ago, I was blown away at how painless and---dare I use the word---pleasant the experience was. Recently, I had another tooth act up and the emergency clinic I went to referred me back to Dr Factor since I told them about my previous experiences under his care.
Needless to say, I went back and experienced the same level of competent care. This is the epitome of what a dental experience should be like. Dr Factor is a true professional both in mannerisms and ability. The receptionist was friendly to me both over the phone and in person.
I don't hope to see Dr Factor anytime soon but if you need a root canal done, I'd absolutely recommend him for a pain-free experience.

Painless root canal therapy over 2 appointments. Dated dental office with no auto billing. Receptionist was not very helpful over appointments, billing, insurance. If you don’t ask, info will not be provided. If you ask, you get very little info.
They take a deposit for first appointment without giving you an invoice and you cannot claim insurance until all treatments are performed. No auto insurance billing so you have to pay in full first not the difference. Also need to watch for appointments straddling claim periods.

I was referred here for 2 root canal procedures and it unfortunately was a bad experience: 1. I was notified that the entire consultation process would take 45 mins. I arrived on time (weekday afternoon) and ended up waiting 45mins and still did not see the doctor. So I left and rescheduled another appointment. 2. At my appointment, they were supposed to get my x-rays from my dental clinic. However, they went ahead and took a second set of x-rays without communicating to me first, which costed me another $250+. . .
a huge waste of my money/insurance coverage. 3. They over-quoted me $1900 for one root canal procedure. . . which is 2/3 times higher than the industry average. I asked 3 more clinics and all their quotes were under $1300 each. Don't recommend especially for such expensive and big dental procedures.

I got 2 root canals here at this place. No pain and it was very quick. Very nice receptionist, the doctor was okay, and bonus points for the dental assistant named Ruella. She was very nice and was there for me.
Like someone mentioned, the doctor didn’t tell me if I needed to brush, how many days i’m supposed to brush after, and if i can eat on both teeth after the root canal is done. No one told me anything at all so i didn’t know what to do. Overall, great service and i didn’t have to wait too long, but nobody told me anything after the process.
